Changes to the way we send correspondence

As always, the security and confidentiality of your personal documents is of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to ensuring that all digital traffic with confidential data is secure.

To keep up with the times, we are making some changes to the way we send correspondence electronically to you. The email layout has changed, and may look different to what you are used to.

Now an SMS will be sent to you, with a security pin to enter to access the email link for added security.

Please make sure we are aware of your current and most appropriate new mobile number so we can update our records.

If you have received a SMS and no email – please be sure to check your junk inbox as it could be in there.
