With a recent update released from MYOB, all online AccountRight users are required to update their files to version 2021.1.

MYOB have advised that the release of AccountRight 2021.1 will save time and effort when it comes to installing and updating your software. Once you have updated your file, this new version will check for available updates, download them and update you to the latest version automatically in the background without you needing to do anything.

Unfortunately, HQB will not be able to do this update for you so we ask that you please update your file at your earliest convenience to allow our office to continue to access your file.

If you have any issues updating your file to version 2021.1, please contact our office for assistance.

I met James Davis from HQB about 6 - 7 years ago when we were looking for an accountant that would suit our needs better and provide the advice that would steer us into the future.At the time I sat in front of James and fired so many questions, scenarios, future plans etc and James did not bat an eyelid.
