About the Job:

Each year we announce the opening of a Graduate Position at HQB! The position will be available to commence in the early new year in a full-time role. However, there is also the possibility of commencing sooner on a part-time basis whilst you finish completing your studies. You will be assigned a trainer and mentor to ensure you receive the ongoing support to help kick start your career in the right direction.

Working with HQB gives you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and vibrant team. Our staff are provided with the opportunity to work across all branches of accounting including tax, audit and superannuation. We offer ongoing professional development and training to continue building your skills, along with long-term career growth opportunities. We also offer financial incentives for those looking to further their studies to become Chartered Accountants (CA) or Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

What you need:

• Completion (or be in your final year) of an accredited Australian Accounting or Business Degree
• Academic transcript showing a credit average or greater
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated team player with a hunger to learn
