Here at HQB, we pride ourselves on the exceptional service we provide to our clients.  In some cases, circumstances dictate our ability to deliver these services within our desired timeframe.  You may have heard this week, that the Tax Office experienced a widespread system outage.  This has had a profound impact on our ability to deliver the service that our clients have become accustomed to over our 60 years in business.

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue and while we have intermittent access, as of yet, it has not been resolved completely.  We ask that you bear with us while we work with the ATO to deal with the current back log caused by this situation.  For further information on this, please refer to the recent media release from the Commissioner of Taxation, Chris Jordan.

I met James Davis from HQB about 6 - 7 years ago when we were looking for an accountant that would suit our needs better and provide the advice that would steer us into the future.At the time I sat in front of James and fired so many questions, scenarios, future plans etc and James did not bat an eyelid. HQB accountants are the best. They have pointed things out to me that my previous accountant didn't. They got me set up and straightened out all my accounts to ensure I was complying with with regulators. I now know my accounts are in good order.
