On Saturday March 17th HQB Chartered Accountants took part in the annual CanDo Rottnest Channel Swim Challenge at the Coffs Harbour War Memorial Pool. Entering two teams, we joined with several other local businesses with a common aim – to raise money for the Coffs Coast & Clarence CanDo Cancer Trust. A worth charity that supports patients and families attending the North Coast Cancer Institute. All funds remain in the local area and help those most in need, the CanDo Cancer Trust Committee, along with the generous support of the Coffs Coast Freemasons, established the Trust to distribute funds to patients and families affected by cancer.

Like many years in the past, the swimming relay was an enjoyable morning for all participants, friends and families. We are proud to partake in a local event, supporting an amazing cause. If you would like to donate to this great cause, you can do so by clicking here!

I met James Davis from HQB about 6 - 7 years ago when we were looking for an accountant that would suit our needs better and provide the advice that would steer us into the future.At the time I sat in front of James and fired so many questions, scenarios, future plans etc and James did not bat an eyelid. HQB accountants are the best. They have pointed things out to me that my previous accountant didn't. They got me set up and straightened out all my accounts to ensure I was complying with with regulators. I now know my accounts are in good order.
